Candia Vineyards is a principles-based vineyard.  Rather than detailed rules, our operating philosophy is a quality driven, standards based, common sense approach.  We have fewer rules, but vast disclosure. 

We are stewards of the land, we have a meticulous property, and we have given guidance to others on their growing endeavors.  Yet, we are also land-rights advocates, and staunchly support others’ use of their land.

We use the highest quality grapes, French oak, and methods – no matter what the cost.  Our goal is the best quality grapes and wine that captures the lure of rural New Hampshire and the romance of enjoying wines with your special guests.

We’re one of the smallest operations in the US, but we are big on business ethics, and this is the guiding force that inspires us every day.
